Gonyosoma oxycephala

Gonyosoma oxycephala, commonly known as "The Red-Tailed Rat Snake," is characterized by a light yellow underside and a green top, separated by a dark lateral band on the head. This study explores the skull of G. oxycephala and illustrates the positioning of bones with an open mouth in contrast to the skull at rest.
